WELCOME

Wheatcroft, a late Victorian house with a pretty garden, offers superior guest accommodation  in the beautiful village of Much Hadham.

In addition to their own suite of rooms comprising bedroom, with double bed, dressing room and shower room, guests are welcome to use the garden, conservatory and sitting room, where there is a television.

A second double bedroom with its own private bathroom is also available. An extra bed and a cot are available in both rooms.

Much Hadham is one of Hertfordshire’s show pieces with a wealth of fine 17th and 18th century houses, pretty timbered cottages, 19th century almshouses and a beautiful Mediaeval church.

Within easy walking distance of Wheatcroft there are 3 fine pubs serving excellent food.

Great Hadham golf club and the Henry Moore Foundation are nearby and keen walkers can explore the many footpaths in the surrounding countryside.

The M11 gives easy access to Stansted airport, Cambridge and London.

Hatfield House, Audley End, Knebworth and the Imperial War Museum at Duxford are only a short drive away.

The nearby market town of Bishops Stortford has the recently opened Rhodes museum and arts centre and Hatfield forest on the outskirts is an ideal venue for picnics and walks.
